We offer FREE worldwide delivery on all orders and your purchase will be tracked to your door.
When placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If using web-based clients such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, please check your Spam Folders as this confirmation email might not have reached your inbox.
Once an order is shipped, your order will be updated.
Returns and Refunds
Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from The Gem Seller website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with all labels in tact within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange to the same value. This excludes any item purchased via voucher code.
The cost of returning your purchase where we have sent the wrong item in error will be refunded. We recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods.
Please include the delivery note sent to you which contains the order number and order details.
Please contact us outlining the problem you have encountered. Photographs are also helpful and can assist in dealing with your case.
Purchases under 30 days old
We will exchange the faulty item at our expense, simply fill our the webform with your order number and a day time contact number so we can arrange an exchange delivery.
For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old
Please send the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating what the fault is, your order number and your daytime contact number. We will then contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and then, at their discretion, repair, replace or offer a like for like replacement, issue a voucher or they may, in certain cases, return the faulty item if they feel there is no manufacturing fault at blame.
In some cases where the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, they may offer to repair the faulty item at your cost. If you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we instruct the manufacturer to proceed.
You should retain any proof of posting, receipt and tracking number for the item returned as we are unable to accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the item. Please send the items to our Head Office.
